| Abstract: | Geotestile has been widely used to reinforcing embankments on soft ground in recently years.In this paper, results of in-situ monitoring of an flyash-dike in Zhanjiang power plant is introduced, analyses of surface settlement, lateral displacement in ground and tensile deformation of geotextile installed in different types are described. It is believed that the experience obtained could be helpful for the rational design and construction of other similar projects. |
