新型伏安型多频脉冲电子舌及其应用

摘    要:为了能获取更多的被测溶液组分的电化学信息,提高对溶液总体特性的识别率,提出以频率为1、10、100 Hz的多频脉冲伏安法替代常规的单频脉冲激励法.以具有交互敏感和非特异性的几种金属裸电极为传感器阵列,自行设计的多频脉冲扫描仪为脉冲激励源,构建了伏安型多频脉冲电子舌系统.运用该系统对6个不同品牌的白酒进行了检测实验,为了剔除原始数据中的大量冗余信息,提取反映溶液带电离子特性的响应峰值和氧化还原组分特性的拐点数值为系统的特征值.通过对特征值的主成分分析,结果表明,该电子舌系统对不同品牌的白酒具有较高的识别率,能够反映出白酒的酒精度和不同的制造工艺,多频脉冲电子舌能够较好反映溶液的整体特征.

Abstract:A multi-frequency pulse voltammetry method with the frequency of 1,10 and 100 Hz was proposed to replace the conventional single frequency pulse voltammetry method in order to obtain more electrochemical information of components in measured solution and improve the recognition rate for general characteristic of the solution.A multi-frequency pulse voltammetry electronic tongue system was established using several types of interactive sensitive and nonspecific metal electrodes as the sensors array and taking a self-designed multi-frequency pulse scanner as the pulse source.Six different brands of liquors were tested using the system.The response peak data showing the characteristic of ions in the solution and the inflexion point data showing the characteristic of oxidationreduction components were extracted as the eigenvalues of the system response in order to eliminate a great amount of redundant information in original data.The results by principal component analysis(PCA) for the eigenvalues show that the electronic tongue system can perfectly identify different brands of liquors and reflect different alcoholicity and manufacturing approach,and can preferably reflect the general characteristic of the solution.
