AlN/聚乙烯复合材料的介电性能

摘    要:利用模压法制备AlN/聚乙烯复合基板,研究了AlN的添加量和形态对复合基板的介电性能的影响,结果表明,随AlN含量的增加,介电常数及介质损耗均增加,在同一添加量下,纤维AlN的介电常数最大,晶须AlN次之,粉体AlN最小,而粉体AlN的介质损耗最大,纤维AlN次之,晶须AlN最小,复合材料介电常数的计算模型可描述为:ε^k=ψ1ε^k1 ψ2ε^k2 ψ3ε^k3。

Abstract:AIN/PE composite substrate was fabricated by mould pressing. The influences of AIN content and morphology on the dielectric performance were studied and the model for predicting dielectric constant was also discussed, which is well coincident with the experiment results. With increasing of AIN content, the dielectric constant and loss increase gradually. The calculated model for dielectric constant could be described as , in which , and 3 are volume fractions of AIN, PE and interstice, and, , , and 3 the corresponding dielectric constants, respectively, k is a constant.
