方波馈电的高压倍压整流电路打火机理分析

高压倍压整流器常常应用于电子帘加速器等系统的加速级中,如果倍压整流系统的馈入电压采用方波通过脉冲变压器初步升压再进行倍压整流,方波中包含的某些频率成份可能与由变压器漏感和充电电容构成的串联谐振回路产生谐振,激起瞬间高压,从而产生打火现象或击穿二极管、电容等器件,文章分析了一种高压倍压整流器馈入为方波倍压整流时打火的机理,并介绍了用串联谐振升压变换器作为充电电源的方案.

Analysis of striking mechanism of high voltage-doubling rectifier with square waves

The high voltage-doubling rectifier is often applied in the acceleration class of the electron accelerator systems,etc.When square wave passing through pulse transformer is chosen as feed voltage,due to the abundance of the harmonics of the square waves,some kinds of them may resonate with the LC circuits of the leak-inductance and the capacitance of the high voltage-doubling systems,thus result in instant high voltage,that will cause the phenomenon of striking or breakthrough of devices such as diodes and electric capacitors,etc.This paper analyzed the mechanism of the striking of the 240kV high voltage-doubling system with square waves,and proposed the strategy for the monochromatic sine waves to be used for the charging voltage.
