摘    要:针对目前各企业在建设配电系统过程中,使用不同厂家、多种型号的电力仪器与设备,导致通信协议不统一,升级改造和运营维护困难等问题。设计一种支持多协议的电力监控系统,可接入不同厂家的电力仪表和设备,具有数据监测、异常报警、数据分析处理、报表展示等功能。该系统方便相关人员操作与管理,实现配电系统的智能化监控。该系统已在外高桥某港区中成功应用,节省了大量的人力物力,并保证了传输系统的可靠性。

Abstract:At present,in the process of building power distribution system,various enterprises use electric power instruments and equipment with different manufacturers and various models,which results in unified communication protocols.It has difficulties in upgrading and operation and maintenance.This paper designed electric power monitoring and control system which supported multiprotocol.The system could access electrical instrument and equipment with different manufacturers.It had several functions such as data monitoring,abnormal alarm,data analysis and processing,and report display.It was convenient for related personnel to operate and manage.It realized the intelligent monitoring of power distribution system.The system has been successfully applied in a port area of Waigaoqiao,saving a lot of manpower and material resources,and ensuring the reliability of the transmission system.
