| 摘 要： | 近几年来,高等教育的迅速发展使高校面临办学空间、资金的“瓶颈”问题,金融机构信贷资金的引入成为很多高校解决这一问题的有效手段。但信贷资金解决高校现实问题的同时,也为高校带来了不确定的风险因素。这就要求各贷款高校加强信贷资金管理,有效控制风险,提高资金的使用效益,使之更好地为高校发展服务。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of university education has made the universities face the "bottle neck" in their development of space and funds. Though the application of credit funds from financial organizations has become one of the most efficient measures to solve the problem, it leads to many indefinite factors of risk at the same time. It is suggested in this paper that universities should enhance the management of credit funds and have efficient risk control so as to make better use of the funds and provide better services. |
