基于CAN的电动机群故障监控系统

摘    要:提出并设计了基于CAN(Controller Area Network)的电动机群故障监控系统。该系统由电动机保护装置、通信模块及后台监控中心组成,具有电动机故障保护、通信和控制功能,并能实时监控电动机导条或端环断裂等机械故障。基于CAN的电动机群故障监控系统可实现对全厂、站电动机的实时监控,不仅有利于事故的分析与处理,还可检测电动机运行过程中存在的隐患。最后介绍了构成系统的各模块的硬件设计与通信网络结构等。

Abstract:A fault monitoring system for motor cluster based on CAN(Controller Area Network) is proposed and designed. The system consists of motor protection device, communication module and background monitoring center. It has the functions of motor fault protection, communication and controlling, and can monitor some mechanic faults of motor like conducting bar or end collar fracture in real time. The system based on CAN can monitor the motors of a whole factory or station so it is not only good for fault analysis and handling but also can detect the hiding fault of running motor. Finally, the hardware designing of modules built-in the system and the structure of communication network etc. are introduced.
