摘    要:
以浓硫酸改性煤基活性炭为催化剂,丙二酸和正丁醇为原料合成了丙二酸二丁酯,考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:丙二酸50 mmol,n(酸):n(醇)=1:2.5,催化剂用量0.8g,反应时间1.5h,酯化率达99.0%。催化剂可回收使用,具有较高的催化活性

Abstract:
Dibutylmalonate was synthesized with the modified coal based activated charcoal as the cata- lyst,malonic acid and the normal butyl alcohol as the raw materials.The influencing factors such as hydroxy-acid molar ratios,catalyst amount,reaction time,etc,were investigated.Under the follow- ing optimum conditions:the hydroxy-acid molar ratio=2.5:1;0.8 g catalyst;reaction time 90 rain,the esterification extent reached above 99.0%.The results showed that the catalyst had high ac- tivity,can be easily obtained and is environmently friendly.
