| 摘 要： | 根据调度数据网承载信息的特点及网络安全的需要,介绍了基于IP Over SDH的河南电力调度数据网络的总体规划和调度数据网双平面、河南省电力调度通信中心接入网的网络规划和结构.对基于河南电力通信网ECI第一平面和华为(HUAWEI)第二平面的调度数据网设计要点和网络保护机制进行了理论分析.对河南电力调度数据网建设过程中骨干网协议互联以及接入网2M对接中协议设置进行了说明,为保障调度数据网的安全运行和故障分析提供了有力的依据.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the security requirement of the dispatching data network and the features of its main applications,the overall plan of Henan power dispatching data network is presented,together with the network architecture of Henan dispatching data network double plane and Henan dispatching data conjunction network.Kernel design and network protection of Henan data dispatching network based on the first and second power communication network plane are illustrated.Some problems in constructions and their solutions are analyzed in detail.Then forceful reference for the safe operation and trouble shooting of dispatching data network is provided. |
