多孔介质表面火焰最小稳燃空间实验研究

摘    要:为考察以多孔介质壁面为进气壁面的微燃烧器的最小稳燃空间,该文以多孔介质表面平面火焰为对象,以甲烷/空气预混气为燃料进行点火及熄火实验研究。实验中采用与多孔介质表面平行的可控温铜板来模拟燃烧室壁面,详细考察了不同燃料当量比和预混气流速时,铜板壁面温度对点火距离和熄火距离的影响。实验结果表明:当量比处于0.9~1.0之间最容易点火;在相同的当量比下,随着预混气流速的增大,点火距离先逐步减小后增大。随着平板壁面温度的提高,点火距离和熄火距离同时减小,分析认为,热熄火是其熄火的主要因素。
