摘    要:
针对行波型旋转超声电机发热严重的问题,建立三维瞬态温度场的模型.综合考虑超声电机产生损耗的原因,对各部位的损耗进行理论推导和数值计算.利用Ansys软件对理论模型进行仿真,分析了超声电机关键部位的温度分布情况.建立了一套温度测试系统,对理论模型和仿真结果进行试验验证.结果表明,理论分析和试验结果基本吻合,为进一步研究超声电机的热源优化问题提供了分析和试验方法.

Abstract:
A 3-dimentional transient thermal model was built to study the heat dissipation of a traveling-wave rotary ultrasonic motor.The overall heat lost was theoretically studied and numerically calculated with synthetic consideration given to the basic reasons for heat generation.The theoretical model was simulated by Ansys software,and the temperature distribution of critical positions was obtained.A set of temperature testing system was built to verify the theoretical model and the simulating results,which show...
