摘    要:拉丝是制作微结构聚合物光纤(MPOF)的关键环节之一,而加热系统则是拉丝塔的关键组成部分。制作MPOF要求加热系统的温度场呈特殊分布,因此设计了一种基于微控制器(Microcontrol Unit,MCU)的分区加热系统。该系统温度曲线比较理想,满足了制作MPOF的需要。

Abstract:Drawing is one of the key steps in fabricating microstructured polymer optical fibers(MPOF), and the heating system is very important part of the drawing tower. Special temperature field have to be offered by the heating system for fabricating MPOF successfully. Consequently a section-compartmentalized heating system based on microcontrol unit(MCU)is designed. The system offers quite good temperature distribution, and works well for drawing MPOF of various structures.
