| 摘 要： | 本文运用工程项目管理学中的动态成本控制原理和MIS的建立方法,结合我国大多数建筑施工企业的工程成本管理实践,阐述了计算机辅助的建筑工程项目成本控制系统的建立方法。本文的核心思想是动态控制。全文分为成本控制的基本原理;系统分析;系统设计三部分。

| Abstract: | Combining the principle of cost control in construction pro- jects management and the design method of MIS with the practices of cost accounting in our Construction Industry, this paper makes a systematic ana- lysis of the development of computer-aided cost control system for con- struction projects. The main theory in the paper is movement control.The paper consists of fundamentals of cost control, systems analysis and syste- ms' design. |
