摘    要:对闸门结构的优化多将其简化为平面体系或者分别对各构件进行优化,而各构件的最优往往不能等同于结构整体最优.利用APDL语言对ANSYS进行二次开发,融合了有限元法数值计算的准确性和优化方法求极值的高效性,按真实的三维情况对闸门进行优化设计,成功解决了弧形钢闸门的三维优化问题,为优化设计的工程应用提供了一种方法.

Abstract:The usual method about the optimization of radial gate structure is to simplify it to become plane system or optimize its every single component respectively;but every single component's optimization is not equal to its integrated optimization.The article uses ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL) to re-develop ANSYS,it combines FEM numerical computation's accuracy with the high efficiency in extreme values problems(using) optimization method.It resolves successfully three-dimensional optimization design of radial gate so as to provide an optimization design method in engineering application.
