硫酸铜催化合成醋酸环己酯的研究

摘    要:分别以浓硫酸、氯化铁、硫酸铜为催化剂催化合成醋酸环己酯,考察了有无结晶水的硫酸铜对酯化反应的影响。在较优催化剂CuSO4.5H2O催化下,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸比等因素对酯化率的影响。研究表明,当醇酸摩尔比为1.6∶1,硫酸铜用量对反应物摩尔比为1∶50时,环己烷作带水剂,反应2h,酯化率可达96.7%,且催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized by oil of vitriol,ferric chloride and copper sulfate,respectively,and the influence of copper sulfate containing water and no-water for the reaction was discussed.The influence of reaction time,dosage of catalyst and molar ratio of cyclohexanol/acid were investigated in the presence of copper sulfate used as catalyst.The results showed that the esterification yield could reach 96.7% when the mole ratio of alcohol/acid was 1.6 ∶ 1,the mole amount of copper sulfate was 1 ∶ 50 of the acid,reaction time was 2 h,and the catalyst could be reused.
