起落架作动筒脉冲试验设备分析与试验

摘    要:压力脉冲试验设备是一个复杂的非线性系统,其控制方法研究与传统的线性系统有很大不同,对其分析研究的难点主要集中在整个系统的物理实现以及复杂管路系统数学模型的建立上。先分析了整个试验系统的组成和原理,详细研究了非恒定流体的基本方程,然后进行的静态设计为后面的动态仿真提供了参数依据。采用特征线法建立了系统数学模型,运用模型分析了脉冲试验设备压力的瞬态过程,通过仿真试验重点对水锤波波形的影响因素进行分析,从而明确各因素对水锤波波形的影响。最后,通过对该试验主要的被试件——起落架收放作动筒关键参数的不同组合进行试验,验证了模型以及仿真分析的正确性,确保了脉冲试验的顺利完成。

Abstract:Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain our analysis and testing mentioned in the title which we believe is useful.The three sections are entitled respectively:(1)"Composition and Working Principles of Impulse Experimental Device."(2) "Establishment of Mathematical Model of Impulse Experimental Device."(3)"Simulation of Water Hammer Waveform in Testing Impulse Experimental Device." Simulation results,presented in Figs.3 through 8 and Tables 2 through 4,and their analysis indicate preliminarily that:(1) we focus on the simulation analysis about various factors that impact the water hammer waveform,simulate the impulse waveform by the method that fixes part of the parameters and changes a parameter first;the factors include volume,pressure and front opening;(2) the final pipes determined by us have a large impact on the wave and can be replaced in the test;(3) for the major test specimen——retractable actuator of the landing gear——we calculate the main wave parameters after different combinations of parameters were simulated;(4) we determine the best parameter combination of the equipment,in the expectation of finding the best test waveforms which compliant the standard as soon as possible.
