溯源本土视角下的新农村规划研究——以厦门市海沧区新农村规划为例

我国的城市化进程不断加快,城乡发展面临着产业结构调整、功能重组、规模扩展等一系列问题。乡村,作为与城市相伴相生而发展的空间形态,日益受到社会各界广泛关注,对其进行科学合理的村庄规划建设是我国推动新型城镇化建设、城乡逐步走向统筹和谐发展的关键所在。本论文以厦门海沧新农村规划实践为基础,基于溯源本土视角,从宏观、中观、微观等多层面着手,村庄规划的关键性要素,以一种积极的态度去探究相应的规划政策和引导措施,为我国新农村规划和建设提供对策建议,促进城乡健康和谐发展。

The New Rural Planning Research Based on the Traceability Native Perspective --Take Xiamen Haicang District for an Example

The urbanization process of China is accelerating,urban and rural development is faced with industrial restructuring,functional reorganization of the expansion and other issues. Rural and urban concomitant as the development of space form, growing public concern, its scientific and rational planning and construction of the village is the key to our country to promote the construction of new urbanization, urban and gradually moving towards where the overall harmonious development.In this paper, Haicang rural planning of Xiamen is based on the traceability native perspective,through the macro, meso and micro stages, this paper proposed critical elemenfs.This paper also explore appropriate planning policies and guidance measures with a positive attitude to provide suggestions for the new rural planning and construction, which should promote the harmonious development of urban and rural health.
