摘    要:余能利用是节能科技发展的一个重要方向。随着LNG在世界能源结构中比重的增加,“低温冷能”这一能源形态也将商品化。如何利用“低温冷能”已成为节能的新课题。分析了当前工业化规模使用“低温冷能”的两个行业--空气液化分离和LNG生产的现状,提出了LNG冷能循环利用的基本思路:LNG气化时用N2回收冷能生产LN2(液氮),通过槽罐反运回气田,LN2气化释放冷能生产LNG,而N2可用于气井回注或排空。

Abstract:The utilization of waste energy is a significant field in energy saving technologry. As LNG proportion in the world energy structure keeps rising, "low temperature cold energy" will become commercialization. How to use the "low temperature cold energy" has become a newly emerging energy saving program. This paper conducted analysis on the status of air liquefaction separation and LNG production, two industries which have utilized "low temperature cold energy" in a great way. It brought forward basic thought for LNG cold energy recycle: recover the cold energy with N2 at the LNG gasification station and then produce LN2 (liquid nitrogen); transport it back to the gas field through tanks; LNG can be produced in LN2 gasification process while releasing cold energy; N2 can be applied in gas well reinjection or be released into atmosphere.
