摘    要:分析了高碳硅镇静钢小方坯连铸生产过程中中间包定径水口的结瘤原因。结果表明,水口处结瘤物主要是Si02以及(Ca、Si、Mn、A1、Mg、Zr)Ox的复合物。通过采取合理控制钢水成分、精炼时间、净吹氩时间以及钢水过热度等措施,减少了中间包水口结瘤现象,连浇炉数提高了47%,提高了铸坯的质量。

Abstract:The causes leading to the blocking at the sizing nozzle of tundish in producing a small square billet by continuously casting high carbon and silicon-killed steel are analyzed. The analytical results show that the blocking things are the compounds mainly consisting of Si02 and (Ca, Si, Mn, Al, Mg or Zr)Ox. After taking such measures as suitably controlling content of elements in molten steel, refining time, net time for blowing argon and superheat of molten steel, the phenomena of nozzle blocking at tundish are reduced and therefore continuous casting heats are increased by 47% while the quality of a strand is improved.
