| 摘 要： | 水利工程安全问题密切关系到人民生命财产安全和社会经济发展。基于此,以梅州水库安全监控管理系统为研究对象,对水利工程现代安全监控管理系统所监控的内容、系统的组建、系统与经济安全防御措施等内容进行深入研究,结合系统实际监控运行情况,总结现代水利工程安全监控系统的结构及运行特性。 |

| Abstract: | Safety of water conservancy project problem is closely related to people’s lives and property safety and social economic development.Taking safety monitoring and management system of the Meizhou reservoir as the research object,the monitoring contents,system organization,system and economic security defense measures and other content of modern security monitoring management system are studied.In combination with actual monitoring system operation situation,summed up the structure and operation characteristics of the modern water conservancy engineering safety monitoring system. |
