对土楼聚居环境现状的思考

基于对福建土楼的实地考察，分析土楼居住环境的优势和劣势，本文客观地分析了土楼居住环境逐渐衰败的主要原因，进而提出让土楼居住环境延续发展的建议——建造新的符合现代功能要求的土楼，改善土楼居民的生活条件，并且兼职保护土楼建筑，土楼文化和土楼的建造者三者的目标。

Present Situation of Resident Condition of Hakkas' Earthern Buildings

Based on the research into Hakkas' Earthem Buildings and the analysis of both the advantage and the disadvantage of its dwelling environment, this paper objectively analyzes the two main reasons for its gradually waning: one is that the functions of the building would not satisfy the requirement in modern society; the other is that the development of city takes an great effect on rural development. Thus, this paper gives some suggestions on the sustainable development of Hakkas' Earthen Buildings and Environment. We should create the new style earthen buildings to fulfill the requirement of modern residing functions, improve those residents' living conditions. In the meanwhile, to protect the rural economy, we should protect its buildings, culture and the constructor.
