摘    要:输电线路所处地质条件恶劣,容易遭受冰害.介绍了一套输电线路灾情监测系统,它能对现场的图像、气象要素、山火情况、导线温度进行实时监测,并且具有使用方便,运行可靠等优点,在湖南多条500kV、220kV输电线路上应用,系统在2005年~2007年运行期间,准确地观测到输电线路积冰情况,为输电线路防冰和融冰工作提供了有用信息.

Abstract:Transmission hnes are located at wicked district, which easily suffer ice disaster. Transmission hnes disaster monitoring system is developed in this paper. It can monitor image, weather, mountain fire and temperature of lines real time, and it has advantages such as conveniency and reliability. It was used in many 500kV and 220kV transmission lines. Ice up was observed by this system between 2005 and 2007. And it can server as a powerful tool for deicing and ice melting.
