焦炭、气焦、白煤在富氧连续气化中的应用比较

摘    要:通过造气炉分别以焦炭、气焦、白煤为原料生产半水煤气的比较 ,对气焦、白煤为原料代替焦炭造气时存在的问题加以分析 ,确定焦炭、气焦掺混使用的方案 ,不仅可以降低尿素生产成本 ,而且不影响造气炉和尿素的正常生产。

Abstract:A comparison is made of the production of semi water gas in the gasifier based on coke, gas coke or anthracite, and an analysis is made of the problems arisen in the replacement of coke in gasification by gas coke or anthracite. A scheme is defined for the blending of coke and gas coke, which not only decreases the urea production cost but also has no effect on the normal operation of the gasifier and the normal production of urea.
