武广专线大瑶山隧道光面爆破施工技术

武广客运专线大瑶山隧道是我国铁路客运专线建设中最长的超大断面隧道,穿越地层复杂,施工要求高,设计时速高达350km/h。为保证工期要求和施工质量,在围岩较好地段采用了全断面光面爆破快速施工技术。结合围岩类型和生产情况,在不影响正常生产的条件下进行了一定数量的现场试验,对大瑶山隧道开挖的爆破参数、装药结构和起爆网路,进行了分析与设计;对钻爆施工和管理,提出了合理的质量保障和安全措施。通过采用PVC半管连续不耦合装药结构,达到了降低爆破成本、提高爆破效果的目的。

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF DAYAOSHAN TUNNEL BY SMOOTH BLASTING FOR WUHAN GUANGZHOU SPECIAL LINE

Dayaoshan tunnel on Wu-Guang special line is the longest one with super big cross section in our country's railway passenger transportation special line construction.It goes through complicated stratum and requests high quality construction,with its nominated speed being designed as high as 350 km/h.In order to guarantee the construction schedule and quality,the quick construction technology of whole section smooth blasting was employed in the section with relative better wall rock.Considering the rock types and production condition,numbers of field tests without influencing the normal production were carried out.Based on the tests,the blasting parameters,charging structure and ignition network for the Dayaoshan tunnel excavation were carefully analyzed and designed,and meanwhile,the reliable quality assurance and safety measures for the blasting construction management were proposed.The blasting achieved the purposes of cutting cost and enhancing blasting effect by employing PVC half-pipe continuously non-coupling charging structure.
