| Abstract: | Polyphenyl ether is one of the thermoplastics used as engineering materials.Polyphenyl ether has good electric properties and heat resistance,which can be used as printed circuit boards' base materials.But it must be thermosetting one.This paper summarized several ways in which makes thermoplastic PPE into thermosetting PPE,and thermosetting modified PPE copper clad laminates' properties are also presented. |
