| 摘 要： | 抛光砖生产过程中,抛光机械设备故障所造成的缺陷也是常见的缺陷之一。本文重点对抛光设备故障的特征及规律进行分析,通过检查、调整、维修排除抛光设备故障,控制或减少抛光缺陷产生。从而提高产品的产量和质量。

| Abstract: | During the production process,the tile defects caused by polishing machinery failures are common.This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of polishing machinery failures.It points out that regular check,adequate adjustment and prompt troubleshooting can solve the failures of polishing machinery,control the occurrence of polishing defects,improve the polished tile quality and increase the output. |
