摘    要:
废旧碱性二氧化锰电池成分复杂。通过改变放电电压、电阻等条件,研究了正极区中锌浓度的影响因素。实验结果表明,放电后的正极区中含有一定浓度的锌,这些锌是在放电过程中外力作用下迁移而来,并非储存过程中自由扩散而来的。放电条件(例如放电时的电阻值和电压值)和放电水平均影响正极区中的锌离子浓度。放电后正负极的酸碱度都发生了变化。锰在放电过程中没有发生迁移。废旧电池正极和负极材料化学成分的研究,对于将正极和负极材料分别再资源化,从而建立高效益的再生工艺具有重要意义。

Abstract:
The composition of spent alkaline manganese dioxide battery is very complicated. In this work the effect of discharging conditions such as the cut-off voltage and resistance on the zinc concentration in the cathodic compartment was studied.Experimental results showed that the cathodic compartment of discharged battery contains a small concentration of zinc,the transfer of zinc towards the cathodic compartment is due to migration and not to diffusion of the zinc in the battery,and the discharge conditions and the discharging level will affect the concentration of zinc in this compartment.The results also showed that the alkalinity of the cathodic and anodic compartment all changed during discharging due to the migration of hydroxide ions towards the anodic compartments,and that anodic compartment of the exhausted battery does not contain any trace of manganese.A deeper knowledge of the chemical composition of spent batteries improves recycling processes and allows the cathodic and anodic materials to be recovered separately.
