| 摘 要： | 贵州开阳紫江水泥有限公司地处海拔1 250 m,其100%燃无烟煤的2 500 t/d熟料生产线于2010年建成投产。四年来,该线烧成系统运行稳定,各项技经指标超过平原地区的同类生产线。简要介绍了该线的主要工艺设计和设备配置及原燃料等基本概况;在此基础上,详细介绍了该线具体的生产管控措施及其效果。

| Abstract: | Guizhou Kaiyang Zijiang Cement Co.,Ltd. located at an elevation of 1250 m, its 100% anthracite clinker production line was put into operation in 2010. In four years, the firing system of the production line was stable in operation, and the technical and economical indicators exceeded the similar production line of plain area. The basic situation of the production line was introduced, including process design,equipment allocation and raw material and fuel. On this basis, the concrete production management measures and the effect of the production line were introduced in detail. |
