摘    要:多轴器动力座的振动对多轴器的加工精度有很大影响,通过对多轴器动力座模态分析,为多轴器动力座设计与优化提供了设计依据,对多轴器的加工精度的提高有了很大的帮助。文章用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立的多轴器动力座模型导入到有限元分析软件ABAQUS中进行模态分析,用Block。aanczos法提取模态。给出了前4阶固有频率及振型。分析得到多轴器动力座由于振动导致了支架板的变形,提出通过给支架板加加强筋的方法,可以大大提高多轴器动力座的刚度及多轴器的加工精度。图6表1参10

Abstract:The vibration of the multi-spindle power block will influence the working accuracy of the multi-spindle. Multi- spindle power block model analysis provided design basis for design and optimization of multi-spindle power block, as a result greatly raised the processing accuracy of multi-spindle. By using three-dimension mold built software Solidworks to bulid multi-spindle power block mold which guided into finite element analysis software ABAQUS to carry out model analysis, by using Block lanczos method to extract model to obtain the front frour stage's inherent frequency and vibration type, analysed to obtain the bar distortion caused by vibration. By using the way of add strengthening rib can greatly improve the rigidity of the body and the processing accuracy of the Multi-spindle.
