| Abstract: | Other Villa (Dushang) is a high-grade villa community in Beijing. The concept of tradition courtyard is ap- plied in the creation of modern villa, which adds traditional connotations to modern villas. The new concept in villa designing is discussed through the introduction of the design concept of buildings and landscape of Other Villa (Dushang). |
