摘    要:介绍了一款较典型的TFI型液晶屏的接口时序和逻辑要求,设计了嵌入式微处理器S3C2440A与该款带触摸屏功能的TFT LCD模组的接口电路,基于嵌入式Linux系统开发驱动程序,完成了RGB接口显示参数设置、图形界面显示调整及触摸屏控制等功能,实现了系统清晰、稳定的显示.实验表明,该方案通用性好,可以驱动不同分辨率的TFT LCD并提供显示与触摸控制功能;可移植性强,可以为各种嵌入式系统提供一个驱动TFT LCD的完整解决方案.

Abstract:Timing and logic requirement of a typical TFT LCD are introduced. Hardware circuits between embedded microprocessor S3C2440A and TFT LCD module with touch panel are designed. Based on embedded Linux system, driving program is developed to set parameters of RGB interface, adjust display quality and position, drive and control touch panel. The experiment results indicate that this set of devices can be universally used because it can driver different size TFT LCD with touch panel. This design can be well transplanted and it can provide a driving method for various embedded system that TFT LCD with RGB interface are used.
