直流脉冲电磁技术的抑垢效应

摘    要:将直流脉冲与扫频技术相结合,利用新型的扫频直流脉冲电磁水处理器进行循环水抑垢效应的研究。采用挂片法对不同磁处理参数条件下脉冲磁场的抑垢率进行测定。实验表明:扫频脉冲磁场对碳酸钙型水垢具有良好的抑垢作用,最佳抑垢率达90%以上。除磁场强度、处理时间外,磁场方向、磁程、过水管材及流速也是影响抑垢效果的关键因素。采用垂直异向的磁场方向、导体性质的过水管材及适中的水流速度会充分加强磁场的抑垢效应。磁处理的抑垢率随磁场强度、处理时间及磁程的增大而提高。此外,电镜分析说明磁场直接影响了水垢晶体的结晶过程,改变了晶体的结构形态。

Abstract:A new electromagnetic water treatment device for anti-scaling treatment was prepared by combined DC pulse with frequency conversion technology.Using a test sheet, the anti-scaling efficiency of magnetic treatment was measured under different magnetic treatment conditions.The experimental results indicated that the pulsed magnetic field had obviously anti-scaling effect. The best anti-scaling efficiency was over 90%. Including intensity and retention time, some magnetic treatment parameters have very important effect on the anti-scaling performance of magnetic field, such as magnetic field direction, magnetic strength, materials pipe wetted and flow velocity. The stronger anti-scaling effects were obtained by the application of vertical heterogeneous magnetic field direction. The anti-scaling efficiency of magnetic treatment was increased with the increasing of field intensity, treatment time and magnetic range. The SEM analysis showed that the magnetic field affected the crystal process of scale and changed its form and structure.
