水利生态修复工程中的拟自然理念

落实科学发展观，遵循人与自然和谐相处的理念，要求我们不仅要研究为什么要修复生态，更重要的是要在理念上解决如何进行水利生态修复。水利生态修复工程中的拟自然理念，包含三方面内容，即生态修复要以人的根本需要为根本目的，要以仿拟自然环境的有益效果为标准，以仿拟自然环境的有益功能为手段。水利生态修复工程建设应在兼顾人类经济社会发展与平衡的基础上，实现生态与环境机会成本的最小化。

Concept of imitating nature used in ecological recovery project

In order to implement the Scientific Development View and follow the concept of harmonized coexistence of people and nature, we should not only consider why ecosystem should be recovered, but more importantly have a concept of how to recovery the ecological system. The concept of imitating nature in water ecosystem recovery includes three respects: putting people at the center, giving priority to gaining and finding ways of getting beneficial result of imitating nature environment. The construction of ecosystem recovery projects should reach a balance between the development of economy and society, and realize the minimization of opportunity cost of ecology and environment.
