AGC系统负载变化补偿的自适应控制

摘    要:针对轧机厚度自动控制(Automatic Gauge Control,简称AGC)系统的负载在轧制过程中的时变特性,运用了负载变化补偿自适应控制策略.并采用MATLAB软件的SIMULINK模块对2030系列轧机的AGC系统进行动态特性仿真分析,将传统的电液伺服反馈控制与新设计系统做比较,仿真研究结果表明,设计的自适应AGC系统负载变化时响应更快,且具有更好的动态调节性能.
