摘 要: | 针对"2+1"教学模式中,存在以预就业形式完成生产实习和毕业实习、无法依托企业进行相应岗位技能培训等问题,提出"1.5+1+0.5"的教学模式。通过调整生产实习时间,构建岗位技能实训平台、开展理实一体化课程的教学等手段,建立起"工学交替"方式,依托企业,结合实习岗位开展教学活动,提升培养学生职业竞争力。通过教学模式的改革,有效地调动了学生的学习主动性和积极性,提升了人才培养质量。

Abstract: | In the "2 + 1" teaching model, students fulfill their field practice and graduation practice in a pre - employment way, but they can not receive professional skill training in the practice. Accordingly, a "1.5 + 1 + 0.5" teaching model is proposed in this paper. In this model, by regulating the practice time, building professional skill training platform and developing theory -practice integrated courses, student' s initiative and enthusiasm are raised, their professional competence are also improved. |
