摘    要:为了提高传统的Cuk变换器的电压增益、电压传输效率、输出电流纹波,同时减小电感支路的电流纹波和变换器的体积重量,将磁集成技术和交错并联技术应用到传统的Cuk变换中,提出了交错并联磁集成开关电感/开关电容Cuk变换器的拓扑。通过采用开关电感/开关电容结构替换传统变换器中的电感与电容的方式,采用磁集成技术并合理设计耦合电感间的耦合系数,能够减小该变换器电感支路的电流纹波、提高系统暂态响应速度、减小变换器的体积重量,进而提高变换器的电气性能。最后通过实验样机的结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:To improve the voltage gain of the conventional Cuk converter, the transmission efficiency of voltage, and the output current ripple while reducing the current ripple on the inductance branch and the volume and weight of the converter, magnetic integration and interleaved parallel technologies are applied to the traditional Cuk transform, and the topology of an interleaved parallel magnetic integrated Cuk converter with switched inductor/switched capacitor is proposed. By using the switched inductor/switched capacitor structure to replace the inductor and capacitor in the conventional converter, magnetic integration technology is adopted and the reasonable coupling coefficient between coupled inductors is designed. In this way, the current ripple on the inductance branch of the converter is reduced, the transient response speed of the system is improved, and the volume and weight of the converter are reduced, thus improving the electrical performance of the converter. Finally, the theoretical analysis in this paper was verified by results from an experimental prototype.
