摘    要:开发了一个智能型混合能源独立供电/市电并联供电系统,解决再生能源可能引发之发电不稳定问题,利用独立电源混合并入市电之机制互补电能供应,运用成本导向发展经济调度法则,完成电源管理及功率分配最佳化过程控制,并可根据不同场址需求弹性加入各种再生能源以及传统能源.本系统透过全数字化控制达成电源管理及功率分配,并分析混合能源发电系统之冲击,并网模式将洁净能源电力转换供给一般负载使用,减少尖峰时刻之市电需求,于离峰用电或多余电能时将水电解为氢与氧储存备用,该系统可以逆潮流反馈电能回市电,自动侦测市电中断时以独立供电模式供应负载.本系统可达成三点目标:1)经智能型电源管理控制法则使系统操作于最佳效率之状态;2)并网模式时,输出与市电电压同相位之电流,达成单位功因并网以提升能源利用率;3)独立供电模式下提供低总谐波失真成分之正弦输出电压,有效降低电磁干扰.比对商购产品,少数有同时具备监视及控制功能,且不具备如本系统可任意搭配能源数量及调配电力使用负载条件之功能,本研究所开发之系统具有明显技术差异、领先优势及成本优势,具高度商品化价值.

Intelligent stand-alone power supply and grid-connected system of hybrid energy
Abstract:This research develops an intelligent stand-alone power supply and grid-connected system of hybrid energy to deal with the unstable generation problem caused by renewable power sources.By using the combination of stand-alone power sources plus grid-connection mechanism,the proposed scheme utilizes the cost-oriented economic dispatching rule to accomplish the optimal scheduling control for power management.Moreover,the hybrid energy in the proposed strategy can comprise various renewable sources and traditional energy flexibility.In addition,the effect of the hybrid energy generation system on the power grid is analyzed in detail.In grid-connected mode,one can convert the power of clean energy for usual loads to alleviate the peak load demand.Under the off-peak load demand or the existence of extra power,one can electrolyze water to storage hydrogen and oxygen for backup power.The proposed system can send the generated power to the utility grid in the grid-connected mode or automatically sense the fault on the utility grid to supply power in the stand-alone mode.Three objectives can be achieved by the proposed scheme: 1) the system can be operated at the optimal efficiency via the proposed intelligent power management and control;2) the grid connection with a unity power factor can be obtained to increase the energy utilization rate;3) the output voltage with a low total harmonic distortion in the stand-alone mode can be reached to alleviate the electromagnetic interference.The salient features of the proposed strategy in comparison with commercial products are the functions of power monitoring and control,and the manipulation of power sources and loads.
