论铅业的废铅资源

摘    要:
采用废铅指数(S)作为衡量废铅资源状况的指标,简明地分析了铅产量变化、废铅回收状况与S值之间的关系。结果表明,铅产量增长,会造成废铅资源短缺;反之,产量下降,废铅资源将比较充足;产量不变,废铅资源状况介于以上二者之间。废铅实得率愈高,废铅资源愈充足。根据统计数据,估算了1990~2000年间中国、瑞典、美国的S值,讨论了这三个国家S值不同的原因及其今后可能发生的变化。

Abstract:
The lead scrap index(S)was adopted to measure the state of lead s crap resources for lead industry. The relationship between the value of S and bo th variation of annual output of lead and actual lead recovery from lead scraps was concisely analyzed. The findings indicate that the increasing of annual lead output will result in inadequacy of lead scrap resources, and on the other hand , the lead scrap resources will be relatively adequate in case of the decreasing of the lead output; while in case of the constant lead output,the lead scrap re sources will be neither quite adequate nor in shortage. The higher actual recove ry of lead from lead scraps is, the more adequate is lead scrap resources, Acco rding to statistic data, the values of S for China, Sweden and USA in the period of 1990-2000 are estimated, respectively. The reasons of different values of S for the three countries and their possible changess in future were discussed.
