应用IEC 60870-5-103规约的嵌入式通信管理系统设计

摘    要:在微机式母线保护装置及其嵌入式通信管理系统研制中,应用了IEC 60870-5-103规约通信接口标准。从规约的一致性和互操作性角度,解决了规约标准在微机保护设备通信接口开发中存在的一系列细节问题。规约一致性检验的结果和现场运行良好效果表明,所研制的WMH-500微机式母线保护装置的通信管理系统,采用103规约与变电站综合自动化系统进行通信不仅可靠,而且具有良好的扩展性。
