基于有限元分析的顶梁柱窝研究及应用

摘    要:顶梁柱窝是立柱与顶梁之间的主要传力结构。随着液压支架工作阻力的增大,对柱窝结构局部强度的要求也越来越高。通过有限元分析软件,计算不同形式柱窝及周边焊缝的受力情况,结果表明:王字肋结构柱窝受力最恶劣,小柱窝结构柱窝受力最好。在结构允许的情况下,首先推荐小柱窝结构柱窝,其次为田字肋结构柱窝。

Abstract:Leg head casting is the main force transmission structure between the leg and the canopy.With the increase of working resistance of hydraulic support,the requirement of local strength of the leg head casting structure is higher and higher.Through the finite element analysis software,the stress of different types of leg head castings and welds was calculated.The results show that the worst stressed structure of leg head casting is the Wang rib type,the small type is the best.So if the structure permitted,the small type leg head casting is recommended first,and then the Tian rib type.
