摘    要:为提高煤矿提升机的安全性和稳定性,从提升机的变频调速控制方案入手,对提升机的运动特性进行了分析,提出了变频调速控制系统的总体方案,并对变频器主控电路设计、PLC电路设计、上机位监控系统设计等关键问题进行了研究。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety and stability of coal mine hoist,started with the variable frequency speed control scheme of the hoist.The motion characteristics of the hoist were analyzed,the overall scheme of the variable frequency speed control system was put forward.The key issues of the main control circuit design,PLC circuit design and the design of the upper position monitoring system were studied.
