行星架刀检加工工艺的优化与应用

摘    要:行星架是行星齿轮传动装置的主要零件,其内腔刀检部位结构复杂,针对行星架加工过程中刀检部位的结构特点、刀具的选型、难加工等问题开展了工艺分析和研究,并结合数控加工技术优化数控加工刀具,解决了行星架刀检部位加工的难题,稳定了加工质量,提高了生产效率,形成批量生产能力。

Abstract:The planetary frame is the main component of planetary gear transmission equipment.It has a complex structure of the internal cavity cutter inspection site,and the process analysis and research have been carried out on the difficult processing problems such as the structural characteristics of the cutter inspection site and the selection of the tool type.The problem of machining the cutting parts of planetary frame is solved by optimizing the cutting tool by combining with the NC machining technology.The quality of machining is stabilized,the production efficiency is improved,and the batch production capacity is formed.
