微波照射后花岗岩裂纹扩展规律试验研究

摘    要:硬岩裂隙的形成和扩展规律是研究岩石损伤机理的重要内容。为了探究微波照射下,岩石裂隙的扩展规律,为微波辅助破岩技术提供理论依据,利用扫描电镜(SEM)设备对花岗岩试件在微波照射及单轴抗压强度测试后进行扫描观测,分析岩石断口的形貌、裂纹的类型及断裂模型。结果表明:高功率微波照射后,试件表面出现颜色变化,并伴随有张拉裂纹出现,在压缩试验后,试件上部结构呈粉末状破碎|SEM设备观测下花岗岩断口形貌特征主要为平坦面状和条纹状断裂|花岗岩的裂纹类型主要为张拉裂纹和压剪裂纹|花岗岩的断裂模型主要为沿晶断裂、穿晶断裂以及两者叠加。

Experimental study on crack propagation law of granite by microwave irradiation
Abstract:The formation and expansion of hard rock fissures is an important part of studying the mechanism of rock damage. In order to explore the expansion law of rock fissure which provided a theoretical basis for microwave-assisted rock breaking technology under microwave irradiation, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipment that can help to analysis the shape of the fracture, the type of fracture and the fracture model is a is used to scan the granite specimens after microwave irradiation and uniaxial compressive strength test. The results show that the color change of the surface of the test piece is accompanied by tensile cracking after high-power microwave irradiation. The upper part of the test piece is broken in powder form after the compression test. The morphology of the fracture surface of the granite is mainly flat under SEM equipment. Surface and stripe fractures; the crack types of granite are mainly tensile cracks and compression shear cracks; the fracture models of granite are mainly intergranular fractures, transgranular fractures and superposition of the two.
