摘    要:以呼吉尔特矿区母杜柴登煤矿强动压影响巷道为工程背景,考虑到矿井回采巷道初期支护强度低、抗动压扰动能力差、巷道服务年限长支护材料锈蚀严重等问题,在对矿井巷道围岩地质力学测试、初始支护矿压显现与效果评价、回采超前应力监测结果分析的基础上,提出强动压影响巷道加强支护技术方案,有效控制了强动压影响巷道围岩的变形破坏,显著提高了回采动压影响二次复用巷道的安全程度,为工作面安全高效回采提供技术保障。

Abstract:Took the working face roadway affected by intensive dynamic pressure of Muduchaideng coal mine in Hujiert mining area as engineering background,considering the roadway initial driving support problems such as the low bolting-support strength,the poor resistance to dynamic pressure,the serious corrosion of supporting materials for long service life and so on,the roadway strengthening support technology was carried out based on the results of geo-mechanics test,supporting effect evaluation for gateway with initial supporting parameters and analysis of stress monitoring ahead working face.The results of engineering practice showed that the roadway strengthening support technology could efficiently control the roadway surroundings deformation,improve the safety degree of reused roadway influenced with intensive dynamic pressure greatly and provide technical support for working face mining safely and efficiently.
