掘进机精准制导试验平台的设计

摘    要:为解决井下开采少人化、无人化研究进程中对相关理论进行试验验证所面临的掘进机改造难度大、成本高以及缺少试验平台问题,对掘进机精准制导试验平台的整体设计以及其可承载试验项目进行了介绍。通过对试验平台的机械本体设计、液压动力系统设计、电气控制系统设计,完成了掘进机精准制导试验平台的搭建。对平台可承载试验的原理进行了分析。本试验平台为开展掘进机智能化研究提供了实用性平台,对推动智慧矿山的发展具有重大意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficult and expensive reconstruction of the roadheader and the lack of test platform for experimental verification of related theories during the process of depopulation and unmanned mining,the overall design of the precision guidance test platform for the roadheader and its loadable test project were introduced. Through the design of the mechanical body,hydraulic power system and electrical control system of the test platform,the construction of the precision guidance test platform for the roadheader was completed. The principle of carrying test of platform was analyzed. This test platform provides a practical platform for intelligent research of roadheaders,and has great significance for promoting the development of smart mines.
