摘    要:工程塑料保持架托辊轴承多用于煤矿输送机械。在高转速下,工程塑料保持架兜孔锁口处会产生扩张变形,严重时会导致保持架的脱落。根据保持架轻量化原则,在原有保持架基础上减轻梁部质量,利用Pro/E软件分别建立了深沟球轴承工程塑料保持架改进前、后的三维模型,在ANSYS Workbench中对改进前、后保持架兜孔锁口的位移变化及保持架自由模态进行了有限元分析。结果表明:改进后保持架的最高许用转速为15 000 r/min;在10 000 r/min工况下,改进后的保持架面内弯曲振动频率相比改进前有效避免产生共振的比例提高14%~66%;改进后的保持架径向翘曲振动频率相比改进前有效避免产生共振的比例提高30%~60%。

Abstract:Supporting roller bearing of engineering plastic cage is mostly used in coal mine conveying machinery. At high rotating speed, the pocket lock of the engineering plastic cage will be expanded and deformed, which will cause the cage to fall off seriously. According to the principle of lightening the cage, the beam quality was reduced on the basis of the original cage. Pro/E software was used to establish the three-dimensional models before and after the improvement of the deep groove ball bearing engineering plastic cage. Finite element analysis was carried out on the displacement change of the cage pocket lock and the free mode of the cage before and after the improvement in ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the maximum permissible rotation speed of the improved cage is 15 000 r/min. Under the condition of 10 000 r/min. The frequency of in-plane bending vibration of the improved cage is increased by 14%~66% compared with that of the improved cage, and the frequency of radial warping vibration of the improved cage is increased by 30%~60% compared with that of the improved cage.
