摘 要: | 以内蒙古黑岱沟露天煤矿为例,通过能源审计对节能评估做出有益的探索,建立基于能源审计的露天煤矿节能评估模型,基于实地调研和现场测试对露天煤矿各生产环节的相关设备进行能耗分析,研究表明:黑岱沟露天矿运输环节的能耗占比最高,占总能耗的比例高达78.5%,其中绝大部分来自柴油|优化卡车运输路线、减少卡车等待时间是露天矿节能的最主要方式,卡车的年运输量越高,年均柴油单耗越低|应加强大型电铲的能耗监测,采用电力驱动采剥设备可实现以电代油,并降低能耗。

Energy consumption analysis and energy saving potential research based on energy audit in the whole process of open-pit coal mine |

Abstract: | Taking the Heidaigou open-pit coal mine as an example, this paper analyzes the energy consumption of related equipment in various production stages of open-pit mine based on field research and on-site testing. The research shows that the energy consumption in the transportation process of Heidaigou open-pit mine is the highest, accounting for 78.5% of the total energy consumption, most of which comes from diesel oil. Optimizing truck transportation routes and reducing truck waiting time are the most important ways to save energy in open-pit mines. The higher the annual transportation volume of trucks, the lower the annual average diesel fuel consumption; The energy consumption monitoring of large electric shovel is necessary. Electric-driven mining and stripping equipment can replace oil with electricity and reduce energy consumption. |
