深井冲击地压回采巷道围岩变形破坏规律研究

摘    要:为了掌握深埋坚硬特厚煤层冲击地压作用下的巷道围岩变形规律,为深部矿井深化冲击地压防治提供依据,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟及现场试验等综合手段,研究了胡家河煤矿回采期间受冲击地压影响的402102工作面回风巷围岩冲击变形破坏机制及破坏规律。研究结果表明:深部条件下回采扰动达到一定程度后,巷道围岩变形会急剧增长,距离工作面越近,变形变化趋势越大,顶板围岩受超前支护影响变形趋于平缓,最大围岩位移量达180mm|在距离工作面前方45~55m范围内,巷道围岩受采动影响剧烈,围岩变形明显,主要表现为顶板及煤柱侧围岩变形,且顶板围岩塑性区破坏深度达3m以上。

Study on the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock of deep well coal roadway
Abstract:In order to grasp the deformation law of roadway surrounding rock under the impact of deep burial hard and extra-thick coal seam, and provide a basis for the prevention and control of deep rock burst in deep mines, the impacted ground was studied using theoretical analysis, FLAC3D numerical simulation and field test. The impact deformation failure mechanism and failure law of surrounding rock in the return airway of Hujiahe Coal Mine 402102 face affected by rock burst were studied. The research results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock will increase sharply after the mining disturbance reaches a certain level under deep conditions. The closer to the working face, the greater the trend of deformation change. The deformation of roof surrounding rock tends to be gentle due to the effect of advanced support, and the largest surrounding rock The displacement is up to 180mm. When it is within 45m ~ 55m from the front of the working face, the mining impact and the deformation of the surrounding rock is obvious. It is mainly manifested as the deformation of the surrounding rock on the roof and coal pillars, and the destruction depth of the plastic zone of the roof surrounding rock is more than 3m.
