摘    要:
通过开展相关实验及改进技术分析,研究了新旧煤矿安全监控系统中瓦斯伪数据的异同点。不同之处:新系统采取传感器通电后先预热再采集数据的方式,避免了通电瞬间瓦斯监测数据冒大数,以及抑制了由于电磁干扰而产生的瓦斯监测数据冒大数。相同之处:新旧系统中都存在由于电磁干扰而产生信号断线,以及由于系统维护不好及CH4传感器故障等产生的短时冒大数、零点漂移、围绕真值上下浮动变化、超量程等瓦斯伪数据。

Abstract:
Researched the similarities and differences of the gas false data between the new and old coal mine safety monitoring and control system by carrying out relevant experiments and improving technical analysis. The differences are as follows: the new system adopts the way of preheating before collecting data after the sensor is powered on, so as to avoid large numbers of gas monitoring data at the moment of power on, and suppresses the large numbers of gas monitoring data emission due to electromagnetic interference. The similarities are as follows: in the new and old systems,there are gas false data like signal disconnection due to electromagnetic interference,as well as large numbers of shorttime emission, zero drift,floating around the true value,over range due to poor system maintenance and CH4 sensors failure.
