矿井主通风机风量调节智能控制算法研究

摘    要:为了提高矿井通风机风量的控制精确度,调整井下瓦斯浓度,保障井下工作环境安全,并提高通风机的工作效率,对主通风机风量调节智能控制算法进行研究,采用模糊PID控制器对主通风机风量调节系统进行控制,并采用遗传算法对比例因子与量化因子进行优化,提高控制器的精度与速度。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of ventilation control of mine ventilator,adjust the downhole gas concentration to ensure the safety of underground working environment,and improve the working efficiency of the ventilator,the intelligent control algorithm of air volume adjustment of main fan was studied. The fuzzy PID controller was used to control the air volume adjustment system of main fan,and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the scale factor and the quantization factor to to improve the accuracy and speed of the controller.
